I having checked out digital camcorders in awhile... Has anyone bought a new camera that they would like to comment on?
im thinking of getting a new one but haven't done all the research yet.. I need one with fairly good quality because I want the video to look good on a larger screen when I submit my work to a film festival.
Has anyone had any experience with this? im just getting back into things.

No I didn't get a camera yet, but I have joined the community media center here in Santa Rosa and they let us use the equipment that they have on hand. In the future, I need to do a little leg work on what would be the best camera for what I am going to do, I guess right now, with the short film I am working on a 3chip cam should work fine. What camera do you use?
